I had a bad fall the other night, got banged up and two of my nails were nearly completely detached. I went in because I was (still am) in pain, I have a black eye. I really felt brushed off like my injurys weren't important to even look at. The doctor didn't even bother to look at my detached nail or clean it or any care whatsoever. She told me to just let it grow back out. Like yeah duh! But what about infection? How should I take care of it?! My fingers are swollen and extremely tender. I bandaged them but I still can't use the fingers because I can feel the nails underneath wiggling under. I took the bandage off for them to breathe and liquid is coming out of them. I wouldn't come here.

Went to urgent care for my very sick child. I was seen by Kari Tessum, who spent a whole 3 minutes looking at my child. She softly spoke through a mask while my child screamed and cried and cruelly said, “well, at least he isn’t dehydrated” as if that was supposed to provide me with some relief. I then got billed over $200 for the 3 minute visit. Contested it with insurance. Received a call from Cecelia at the clinic who told me “too bad, you were seen, so you gotta pay”. I love how nurses can provide the worst services and still collect so much money from individuals and insurance. I do not recommend this urgent care if you are looking for any solutions or really even basic human decency and just a little bit of caring. What happened to doctors and nurses who cared about their patients? I

Friendly reception staff, and the medical staff get through patients pretty quickly. Wait time went from 1hour to 10/20 mins within about a 15min spand. The only thing I would watch is alot of people do the save my spot in line and it doesn't always work when I've tried it.

Don’t bother . They rush you in and out and don’t do a thing to even get to the bottom of the problem. It was like a 3 min thing total.

DO NOT COME HERE. Multiple bad experiences. They don’t even deserve 1 star. This last time they are trying to charge me just shy of $1000 for a strep test through urgent care. They claim they needed to take a national test that I was never made aware of. This additional test was over $450 alone. The last experience was no better. They charged me almost $400 to tell me the wrong thing. The diagnosis wasn’t even close to the symptoms. Do not go here. For ANYTHING. I thought a simple strep test, no way they can screw that up, but I was very wrong.
