HealthDirect in Lancaster was so helpful to me today. My father is in an assisted living facility in Philadelphia and we brought him on vacation to Cape Cod, MA. We only got 2 days of his medication and not 9. Mistakes happen! (His care facility saved his life so I’m not complaining.) The first 3 people I called were all very helpful and researched things for me. Then I was connected to Tom in the pharmacy in Lancaster. He arranged to send me a one week roll of my father’s pills. He sent them FedEx overnight and the company covered the shipping. I am so impressed by how kind, and competent, and helpful all the people I talked to were. I am especially impressed by Tom who went above and beyond to correct a mistake that most likely was not made by his company. I am so happy and grateful and
