Excellent experience every time. The staff is professional, kind, and truly cares about patients. My kids have always received outstanding care at Healthcare Network. Highly recommend.

I had an appointment for my daughter today. They have a 15 minute grace period for if you’re running late. I have never been late to her appointment until today. I got there 2 minutes after the grace period. I take responsibility for being late and can’t blame anyone else but myself. There was a later next to me however, who was also late but they said they’d take her. The rules only apply to some, not all. I was very disgusted at the attitude of the young girl who was at the desk. I have never encountered her before until now. She seems new, but even her initial interaction with me and the way she looked at me was everything but kind. I’m very disappointed by today. This place is horrible. It took a year to have a telehealth appointment done. They kept rescheduling and cancelling. When I finally got the appointment the doctor was 30 min late and was completely different. This was a critical lab and none could be done. Also the people in the front are not willing to work with you. They are scamming you. Please go to another location !

If you had asked me 6-8 months ago for a review, I would have given 5 stars. Access to the patient portal has been helpful and the responsiveness of Dr. Anzalone and his staff was always on point. However, I made his 2 year appt months in advance, months. It was cancelled and moved three times and we ended up having to see a different Dr. (I think Adela De Vera)—who was wonderful. But in between there, we have not been able to see our pediatrician Dr. Anzalone. It’s been extremely difficult to get him in and despite planning ahead, we are consistently getting cancelled at the last minute. My son is sick and I’m concerned it may be RSV and was told I can take him to a random doctor at a different clinic. No. Just no. Worst experience ever. Went to my appointment on time had to fill out paper work when i was done and turned in my paper work i sat back down and waited to get called to see the doctor. 25 minutes go by and im wondering when it will be my turn therefore i ask the receptionist. she tells me that the doctor won’t be in for another hour. Mind you i had been waiting over 20 minutes and wasn’t told anything about the doctor not being there. They recommended me waiting the hour or rescheduling my appointments months out.
