HealthCARE Express Urgent Care - Marshall, TX

Very clean,everyone was helpful and caring. They seen me right away no waiting. Hannah was just the best!! She stitched me up and got me fully taken care of. We even had a little laugh that made me completely comfortable. I will definitely use them again.

My visit was great. The check in process needs some help. I made an appointment online, almost, my pictures of my card wouldn’t load n I couldn’t find which bcbs I had. I got to the office, the lady helped me then I had to scan a qr code to enter basically the same information, twice. I use this place a lot, why can’t my information be pulled up when I sign in? Then, I had to pay for a visit knowing I was going to have to pay for the other stuff they were going to do. I was so aggravated on top of not feeling good. If customer service is a core value, yall can’t be hitting your metrics on your score card. Hannah and the nurses were awesome and took great care of me.

Went in knowing my 5 year old son tested negative for flu, covid, strep, and rsv from a visit at the ER a couple nights prior. He was just getting worse and worse and since it was a Sunday we decided to try healthcare express. We pay out of pocket so we figured this was the best option for us. $175 and about 3-5 minutes with the NP/Doctor later, we did no testing no X-ray, nothing. Told us to take some amoxicillin incase there’s infection from his nonstop fever. Later that night he had to go to the ER again due to abdominal pain and found out by one quick blood test and X-ray that he had bilateral Mycoplasma pneumonia. I made an appointment online and still had to scan and fill out same stuff when I got here, payment for appointment upfront just to make another payment for tests. Dr was quick but the nurses forgot that the walls were thin. If a patient isn’t feeling good have some compassion or change jobs.

I felt terrible when I went. I couldn’t focus and the lady at the front desk was very helpful and patient with my questions. After my registration was complete I was called back almost immediately. The lady who took me back was very sweet and had a very nice smile on her face. If she was tired or had had a rough day, she sure didn’t show it.I didn’t have to wait before they were asking me what was going on. They didn’t waste any time taking my vitals. The doctor came in shortly after that. She was very sweet, asked me questions and listened to what I had to say and responded with answers so I clearly understood what she was talking about. They tested me for a couple of things and results came back very quickly while I was still in the office. The doctor put my anabiotic‘s order into the ph
