HealthCARE Express Urgent Care - Longview, TX

I had a really great experience here. I was in and out of the facility quickly, which I definitely appreciated. The physician was extremely knowledgeable and clearly knew what she was talking about. I had actually gone to another urgent care a couple days earlier and was misdiagnosed, so it was a huge relief to finally get someone who took the time to properly evaluate what was going on. The entire staff was friendly, positive, and welcoming from start to finish. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to help, which made the visit much more comfortable. Overall, the experience here was excellent, and I would absolutely come back again for any care I need in the future.

Went in for a sick visit. 1st time in. Convenient appointment scheduling online and could go in after work which is a miracle in itself. Staff was friendly. Dr was great. Testing and results were pretty quick. It was nice and quiet. Dr visit with insurance,a sick appointment, for urgent care and it didnt cost a fortune 🥳

The RT Shantell and the APRN were great. Front desk staff as well! Good customer service. I am giving 4 stars due to a longer wait time and pricing. I had an 8am apt (first when they open) and I was not seen until 8:40am. Took roughly 65 minutes for entire visit. Also paid $75 got a Covid/Flu test that I could have bought at CVS for $20. This was after filing through insurance. Overall a good experience.

We had an amazing experience. I brought my 3-year-old in for an issue she’s been dealing with for the past two years. Gina L. Fenske took the time to assess her and created a clear, thoughtful action plan. I finally feel like we have direction. I’m incredibly grateful for her care and professionalism.

Healthcare Express is a very professional, efficient, caring environment. The wait time was minimal. The medical staff were very knowledgeable, personable and had an immediate diagnosis for my medical condition. I will definitely go back to them in the future if medical care is needed.
