Health Village at Jackson

I like my kids Doctor, however, I was not pleased with one of the girls there. I book my kids appointments at the same time because I can't take off multiple days. So being I have a 14(Boy) and a 10(girl), I asked can they have separate rooms. I was told No and that they can leave during each one exam. So we go in the back and the assistant started to ask my daughter directly questions regarding her private areas with her brother right in the room. Like helloooo. So now my daughter is uncomfortable going back to that office because pea brain made her feel uncomfortable. I stepped in and said that she can ask her those questions when she's alone but I shouldn't of even had to explain that. Now I have to find a new practice for my daughter 🙄

Horrible so far, been here for 2 hour, 1 hour went on waiting for them to call me in order to get on a line outside. Once on the line another hour waiting on the 1 Doctor they have for inside and outside... no sign of him/her... unacceptable, should be either or when they only have one Dr on staff. When I pulled up to the nurses tent there was no one on line behind me now there is at least 15 cars waiting. And all we all get is we’re so sorry for the inconvenience.

I’ve been taking my three children to this pediatric office since moving to Jackson about three years ago, back when Dr. Anil Pawa was still managing it. Unfortunately, since the practice changed hands and new doctors and staff, including Dr. Punam Patel Jain, have taken over, the quality of care has declined dramatically. My biggest concern has been the consistent lack of attention to my children’s medical needs—especially my autistic son. Despite multiple visits and phone calls regarding his ongoing ear and throat infections, he was never prescribed antibiotics. I’ve had to miss work repeatedly to bring him in, only to be sent home with no treatment because the staff claimed antibiotics might affect his immunity. Relatively new facility with nice physician offices. Never too busy or crowded.

Dr Anne is the most incompetent doctor I have ever have ever met. She will completely disregard your symptoms if there isn’t a profitable test for her to run and then lie to you and tell you later that she recommended a completely different test. She also does not keep track of policy changes that have a direct impact on your health. Worst of all she has trouble with numbers, she told me directly that she commonly will mix up simple things like reading 4 but saying 5. I don’t want to die because I received the wrong dosage of medication.
