It feels like they want to destroy you each time you have any interaction with them. Terrible customer service, but products are ok.

Return package lost after dropping off at the pharmacy. Rude staffs who do not scan the drop off and refuse to investigate and help resolve problem after confronting with them. Avoid going to this place as UPS access point.

I have been using this neighborhood pharmacy for a couple years now. They were able to get one of my medications when none of the major pharmacy chains like CVS, Walgreens, and Duane Read were able to get. It's about a 20 minute wait to get prescriptions filled. Sometimes the pace is a little slow so keep that in mind. Depending on who is working there may be a language barrier.

Such bad customer service! Came in to drop off a package. The lady in front only did scanning ( and told me is not working). Didn’t want to try to type in manually. I asked her to do that she said no we only do scanning ( lier, someone from the store did it for me before), and asked me to go next door.

They are disgusting.. U always have to wait for your prescriptions for more then 30 minutes.. And have to face their rude behaviors.. And sometimes they dont give u your all medicines.. Hate them
