Worst service ever. They ask for payment before service and ask to include the tip. I was overdue for a massage and just went ahead and did it. This was around 7:30pm. Once they received the payment the said "oh it's late can you come back tomorrow" I asked why I was being charged if they didn't intend on providing the service. They said they never got the payment when in fact they did. I was frustrated and walked out after they said use it as a credit. Three days later I return around 3pm. At first they tried to refuse the credit. Once they decided to follow through with what they were supposed to, the left me on the massage table for 30 minutes while they all had conversation at the front. I got up, got dressed and left. Please do not waste your time with them.

Nice experience...great massage. Probably the best I ever had. Marking it down one star because it was a little strange how they don’t really talk to you and they leave your butt exposed a lot. But I really enjoyed the massage and walked out feeling like I could stay and sleep.

I’m not sure where these people got their business License. I came in and was told to pay first while I wait for next available massage tech. I was also told to pre pay my tip . I tried to roll with it . Thinking this place must have had some issues with payments. I ended up waiting about waiting about 1&1/2 - 2 hours . I figured I’d be done within that time and really couldn’t wait any longer . While I was waiting there was at least 2 employees near the front talking for 15-20 mins at a time chitchatting and I was even passed over and told that the person had an appointment. So about 2 hours in I said I have to go I need my payment back because I’m leaving. That process took another 25 mins where they tried to tell me they didn’t see my payment . Please do not go to this place. I was there on Saturday evening, and they said they do not accept card because the machine has been broken so this lady kept insisting that I pay her in cash. I told her I didn’t bring any cash so she told me to pay her in Zelle so I did. 10mn later, she told me she hasn’t received the payment therefore, she cannot provide me with the service but I had a receipt to show her that the payment went through. Waited a while and she told me its late and I can come back the next day or whenever for the massage I paid for. I came back today, and this lady insisted to give me 30mn massage for the hour I paid for?! After arguing, she agreed to give me an hour massage but it doesn’t end there. They charge upfront for massage and ask me to add the tip. Then when I go to the back they ask me to do 30 minutes instead and refuse to refund me. They left me in the room without doing my massage. Still no refund!
