I had an extremely upsetting and unprofessional experience at this pharmacy today while purchasing OTC items for my mother. I spent nearly $200, including purchasing one store bag at checkout. Despite this, the cashier refused to pack my items into the bag and then began ringing up another customer before finishing my transaction. I politely asked if she could please pack my bag, and instead of doing so, she walked away and asked the manager to handle it. The manager then began arguing with me, saying he didn’t know if everything would fit into one bag even though I had just purchased that bag at the register.
