My family and I, on multiple occupations had the pleasure of being treated by Tazeen and staff at urgent care, and I can honestly say it was one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, Tazeen and faculty was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. She took the time to really listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and understood throughout the entire visit. I’ve been to this urgent care center 3 times now. Each time I’ve scheduled an appointment online before going. I get in quickly and the service I’ve been given has been good. I have a higher co-pay here than at my primary care doctor but when I’m ill or injured, I can get in for an appointment faster than at my primary care doctor and the time waiting in the waiting room is far less!

The best doctors and staff! We have been multiple times with our almost 2 year old when he’s been sick and the staff is amazing! I would highly recommend to anyone they are open late too which is great!

I have been here a couple of times and always had a good experience. In particular this last visit I thought they did a really exceptional job of care. They were friendly, engaged, communicative, and I felt confident in the medical care they provided. Great office!

I went here yesterday with my 6 year old son. They were very passive aggressive. The nurse and the doctor who checked my son’s ear went in too far and NOW we are rushing him to the ER. I need to speak with this doctor directly. Because I will be getting my lawyer involved. Don’t work and serve small children if you are aggressive.
