I had a pretty good experience at this location. Everyone inside and the checking in process was easy. My appt was for 4:20pm. I arrived early as instructed in my precheck process, about 15 minutes before my appt. I was called back within 5 minutes of arriving. The nurse was great and asked all the right questions. However, after being seen by the nurse, I then waited another 25 minutes to be seen by the provider. She was nice, but might have stayed the room for 5 minutes with me. I purposefully came to this specific location because of always having to wait a long time at another Urgent care. This location seemed slow. I was the only person in the waiting room. I will come back, but I am hoping the wait won’t be as long next time. If it is still long, I will not return again!!

Everyone was kind, but we were in there for over an hour back in the room only to be seen for less than five minutes. We asked that Isabella be tested to see what this exactly was but were refused. It seemed like just to get us out because it was lunchtime. We are hoping that the medication that was given will be enough to make Isabella feel better because she has been dealing with this for three weeks. So the quality of care was not exactly what we were used to.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and everyone I interacted with treated me with genuine care and respect. The nurses and providers took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. You can really tell they value their patients and go above and beyond to provide excellent care. The facility was clean, organized, and calming, which made the whole visit even easier. Easy to make an appointment and was taken back to a room fairly close to appointment time. When taken back my BP and temperature were taken and she asked me just a couple of questions and then left. I sat in the room for at least 45 minutes before NP came in. Listened to lungs and looked at throat and said she would call in some prescriptions.

Great care, friendly staff, pediatric friendly helped me son with a minor medical issue efficiently
