My husband was very pleased with the care he received! Krista, Steven, snd Shardae were thorough, caring, understanding and helpful. Shardae was kind and joyful, Stephen, at the reception desk, made him feel at home. He’s a really nice guy! Krista, the PA he saw, was thorough, caring, understanding, and joyful. It was a great blessing to be at AdventHealth. What a refreshing experience!

Steve greeted me and my mother-in-law with a warm smile. After registering her, he came out into the waiting area with several bottles of water in hand, to offer to everyone waiting and to see that they were as comfortable as possible. This made an impression on me. The warmth of his smile, his patience with my mother -in-law, and the caring attention given by Steve are some of the reasons that I would recommend Health First Urgent Care.

This is my first time since coming to urgent care to do my physical Tracy Ann make it so awesome for me. She do excellent job. I always had to fill out a lot of paperwork for I do my physical with Stacy Ann Made it so easy for me today she separated the paper Work so I don’t have to go Through all the papers what I don’t need to filled out, but she was very friendly courteous. I went to do a drug screening and I had a horrible experience. Ultimately I went back and I met the three best staff they had. They deserve all the commendations as they were empathetic, understanding and most importantly professional in the way they handled the situation. I would like to thank Susan, Gayle and Islin for taking the time out to help me through this process and for exerting all the care and love they have shown. Anyone who meet these three would be happy that they did. Job well done again ladies!!!!

I am pleased to write that my expierence at gateway offices was wonderful. I was not doing well and the girls treated me with white gloves. I wish i remembered their names, they are note worthy. The girl Gigi, that took my vitals to the Dr., and the Xray teck. They were worthy of more than my little note. I had a walker, but they wouldn't let me walk out, due to the fact that I was very weak and they didn't want me to walk out. Coming from a sick person that didn't really want to be bothered, they made feel better. What a nice staff you have therr.
