Health Care for Children

The doctors are really good doctors but the wait times are insane. You’ll wait at least 30 minutes past your appointment time if not longer. The doctors are knowledgeable and answer questions but the waiting is just such an inconvenience. I don’t think I’ve ever been in and out of these offices in under an hour.

I’m shocked to see a single bad review on here because I absolutely cannot day enough good things about this office! Everyone from the receptionists, to the nurses, and especially Docto Daliva are amazing! I’ve had to call the on call line and even had a great experience with that. Doctor Daliva remembers my kids and why we’ve been seen in the past, and having that kind of personable experience can’t be beat!

I absolutely love this office. Lynette & the other staff are absolutely amazing. They also know who I am when I call and walk in the door with my children. Both my children have been going there since they were babies.

Absolute worst. The receptionists are more attentive than the actual doctors. I’ve seen 2 different doctors at the Havre de Grace location and neither one has any sense of urgency. My son and I won’t be returning.

Have been calling the office for a week & a half straight and no answer . They need to contact the children’s hospital to fix my child’s documents to get a very important scan and the incompetence is insane.
