Health Care for Children

I don't know if it's all doctors offices but if you come here, be prepared to wait in a very I'll equipped room for like an hour. The nurses are very friendly but there is no sense of urgency from the doctors. I've only been here 3 times with my wife but after spending 2+ full hours for a basic check up is no way to spend my already sleep deprived day.

I love Dr. Deliva. Both my kids have gone there for 7 years! She is very thorough! NO concern that I have ever gets brushed off. My son is medically complex too! Pam is very sweet!

We have been going to see Dr. DeLeon and Dr. Daliva since my daughter's birth 8 years ago because we like the doctors and they're close to us. Unfortunately, the office staff are horrible! They never pick up the phone! Always have to leave a message and now they leave a number for you to TEXT regarding appointments if you cannot reach the office. Last month we saw Dr. DeLeon and we spent about an HOUR waiting for the doctor to come in, so I went to the front desk because no nurse/PA was in the halls or back office.. and literally ALL the nurses were in there just gossiping with each other like it was hang out time and looked at me like I was interjecting. The Dr. did apologize when I mentioned it to her and said "appointments were backed up". If appointments were so backed up why the hell

If zero star was available I would give it, the nurses are good but the rest of the service is terrible, I had an appointment and waited 1 hour and 33 minutes just for a simple check up and to top it off the office was completely empty I was the only patient there. I got frustrated and left because that was ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and find another doctor for your kids.

Great office. Typically wait 5 min to get taken back to a room, and 20ish min to see a Doctor. Staff is polite and professional. I don't understand where the bad reviews are coming from.
