Healix Infusion Care

I just had my 5th infusion at Healix Brentwood and had a great experience each & every time! The staff do excellent work, are proficient at starting IVs, and in doing general medical care. They have been caring, and gone beyond in helping to make people comfortable! My visits are much more pleasant than expected. Thanks to each staff member!

Healix infusion center has been a game changer for my MS treatments; I switched over 2 weeks ago and have had nothing but an amazing experience there. The staff is beyond compassionate, caring, helpful and professional. The atmosphere is boutique, updated and welcoming. Patients have comfy massage recliner chairs, drinks and snacks, games, tv, workspace table and relaxing seats for a guest. For the first time since my infusions started a few years ago, I do not dread getting them done. I will never go anywhere else in the future, they staff and business deserve above a 5 star rating. Thank you for being a game changer in the infusion world!

I have had a great experience! Sam and Lisa are both amazing and so kind and helpful. Lisa went the extra mile and took care of a billing issue and had it resolved. They truly care about their patients and always do everything with a smile.

The entire staff at the Richmond Heights location is amazing. Ivory is especially helpful and compassionate about scheduling complex cases like mine. Andy and Sam took extra care to make sure the infusion wasn’t painful and they explained everything because I was quite anxious about starting a new treatment protocol. Five stars all around and thank you to Ivory, Andy and Sam for their expertise and caring.
