I do not want to leave a bad review, hence the four stars, but I was caught off guard by the abrupt reaction of the person attending the calls. My point in writing is to bring this to attention. My call was answered by a lady, when I mentioned I'd like to get a consultation, the phone got hung up. Okay, I thought maybe it was a mistake, or that it cut, second time I call, a lady responds again and says they are too busy right now and will give a call back if they can consultations, abrupt close of the call again. As much as I understand a busy schedule, this can put off people as unwelcoming and even rude. I do not want this brief exchange to shape my perspective of your clinic, you seem to have great people working on treating your patients with great care and I'd like to be seen by your

I was having some swelling in my leg. It became difficult to wall. I always remember Esquire Sports Medicine and Dr. William Droege . He treated almost my entire family. I saw in the news that he had a fire. I drove past the place, and it didn't look good. I didn't know if he would open back up or retire. I decided to call. I had his number saved on my phone. He was open and gave me an appointment the same evening. The new building looks great. It's the same great service.

Over the past weekend my family and I were involved in a motor vehicle accident which let us pretty banged up. Just from our initial visit alone I’m beyond convinced and confident when I say this doctor is beyond passionate and blessed with healing hands. I've visited Dr. Miller on and off the past two years for running related injuries. Every time I go I feel well cared for and comfortable! He gets me back in tip top shape in no time. I trust him and the rest of the team at Esquire completely! They also have later hours on weekdays which is nice for folks who work during the day. I definitely recommend them to anyone with a sports related injury!
