Tamara's the best massage therapist I've ever gone to - she was really thourough when asking about what areas you want worked on, what kind of physical activities/work you do regularly, etc., and discussing how those affect different muscle groups and what areas you might want worked on (ex: I've had issues with my right shoulder and she suggested massaging my pectoral muscles, and showed me some exercises for them because constantly being on my phone is also hard on them and not just my shoulder, haha). The massage studio always has a relaxing atmosphere - the selection of essential oils available is great.
