We brought our sweet girl in for some health issues they were so kind and helpful throughout the entire process. We ended up bringing her back in so she could be put to rest they were so nice and let us take our time saying our goodbyes no rushing us at all. the doctor who preformed the procedure was amazing explaining the whole process to us and reassuring us you could feel how much the staff love animals and want to give them the best send off possible. I highly recommend this er vet if your animal ever has any emergency they'll treat your baby with kindness and compassion.

Exceptional Emergency Care – Grateful Beyond Words Dr. Bob Berschauer and his staff are truly outstanding. Dr. Berschauer took the time to clearly explain our dog’s condition, the urgency of the situation, and the treatment plan. His knowledge, calm demeanor, and honesty gave us confidence during a very difficult time. It was clear that he genuinely cares about his patients and their families. Even with being up whole night doing surgery ,he still took time to speak to us in detail about the surgery in the morning . A special thank you to Samantha, who helped us safely get our dog into the car . I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of emergency veterinary care.

I highly recommend Healing Hearts if you ever need to bring your pet to the emergency hospital I will never forget the care and compassion the staff showed me when I had to bring in my dog who passed away at home. They made everything easy and were very comforting while I was falling apart. They treated my dog with such love and gentleness even though he had already crossed the rainbow bridge. Your pets will definitely be in good hands here.

Our friend's dog was rapidly declining and we reached out to Healing Hearts Emergency for help on putting her down. They are not her usual vet, who was out of office, but they made themselves immediately available for our emergency during an emotional time. Clean. Kind Staff. Patient. This was my experience with the staff, vet, and facilities at Healing Hearts Emergency. We were referred over for an all-inclusive examination of our little pup's heart to get cleared for anesthesia due to a blip in testing. I expressed a bit of concern and frustration with being forced to do this by our other vet despite the blood work having only a marginal rate of error outside of normal range. Both the medical assistant and doctor were patient, talked through our options, and explained what the package would cover. We didn't have a choice to only do a partial screen, but it generally made sense as to why (because we couldn't test for something specific as the blood work was non-specific).
