Worst customer service ever!!! I highly recommend everyone not to go here. I paid for a couples massage back in December, I paid them directly because they said they would honor the Groupon special and I can get my appointment scheduled faster. We arrived to appointment only to find they were closed and I was notified a hour later they were closed due to the weather. I was upset but wanted to give them another chance to make it right. I made second appointment for February for my boyfriend birthday. Again we go and the masseuse was sick. No phone call on their end to cancel and reschedule. 2 mos later I'm still waiting on my refund that I requested.

Multiple attempts made to place and confirm appointments, then got cancelled an hour prior. I Was promised that appointment date and location will be texted to me. Never received it. After another multiple messages and texts sent. No answers. Unprofessional, inconsiderate, unreliable. No respect and No apologies. Crushed my anniversary gift from my daughter. I will never recommend this company. Lost a customer and more. Unreliable customer service. They surely did not heal my hands or soul!!!!!!

This therapist came highly recommended, I made an appointment and was looking forward to getting my massage and 40 minutes before my massage I get a text message stating they cannot honor my appointment. No phone call, only 40 minutes notice. I was offered a discount to come back on a later date but declined the offer because it was handled unprofessionally

After reading these reviews, I was mentally prepared to have my mobile massage appointment canceled last minute. I was however surprised that not only did I not receive a phone call to cancel the appointment. No one bothered to show up. And of course was not able to reach anyone to see what happened.

This business is very unprofessional. They never answer the phone and do not return calls. I received a text a few hours before my scheduled massage saying they were closed due to weather. There was no weather that day. I asked if they call clients to cancel and reschedule because texting is ridiculous to me. Then I asked if they close often due to weather and received a rude text saying take my business elsewhere. They lost a loyal client by being so unprofessional. No wonder they'll do hour massages for Groupon rates, I'm sure that's the only way they get clients. I don't understand how a business can act this way and will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. This can't go on.
