Heal Grow Thrive is a place of magic. I am in love with acupuncture and Liz is fantastic. I wish I could go weekly for treatments. I walk out a new person every time. Acupunctrure helps in so many ways. It has helped with acute muscle strains, plantar fasciitis and now it's helping me with nerve pain. The office is welcoming, warm and inviting. Liz is so knowledgeable and she helps work the whole body and Chinese Medicine understands the whole body is connected. This is a place of healing and growth for sure. Thank you Liz!

I’ve been going to HGT for 2 years now and they’ve been nothing short of amazing. Consistently great customer service and patient experience from the time you walk in. I recommend Max to anyone who loves a deep tissue massage. Steven is another amazing massage therapist I’ve seen and have sent family to. In the 2 years I’ve been massaged here, not a single time have I felt any level of discomfort being massaged by a male provider. Max and Steven are very considerate, gentle and professional. Liz and Ileana’s acupuncture services have helped me so much with my chronic back pain I cannot thank them enough. I look forward to going to my happy place and seeing my care team every week! Illeana and her staff got me feeling sooooo much better after a treatment plan of massage therapy and acupuncture! I do a lot of physical labor and I couldn’t do it without their help. Max gives amazing deep tissue massages and Elizabeth’s acupuncture and cupping skills are top notch. She also referred me to a physical therapist that got me right in and feeling stronger than ever!
