I’m so grateful that Headway Neurology exists! After 2 years of fumbling through my own post-stroke care, it’s a huge relief to have Dr. Leung on my care team. I’ve been searching for a concierge offering that could help me understand my long term care plan. I’ve felt like I fell between the cracks of traditional medicine. When you’re done with the acute phase of stroke treatment, it’s hard to know what to do next. Traditional PCPs don’t have the expertise or time to manage young stroke patients to the degree necessary to really listen and help prioritize our concerns. Other specialists can only comment on the niche area of the body they’re working on. I’ve lived in a frustrated state for a while trying to figure out what I’m allowed to do. Dr. Leung is extremely thorough and truly cares about his patients. He always takes his time during visits and makes sure to address any and all questions/concerns. I would definitely recommend him to others.
