I have been coming to this place since 1997 I love Dr Omi he make me feel very comfortable, and The receptionist Elizabeth is amazing she always comic me with scheduling.❤️🫶🏾

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. please save yourself the trouble and don’t come here. The place smells like sewage, and from the rude receptionist with an ogre-like attitude to the so-called “dentist,” everyone is disrespectful and completely unprofessional. I went with my insurance only for a cleaning, but the dentist shamelessly lied and claimed he did three fillings — which never happened — just to charge my insurance. I never got the cleaning or any treatment done because the place immediately felt wrong. I confronted him personally, and instead of explaining, he was extremely rude, abusive, and took no responsibility. He falsified my records with procedures that were never performed. That is serious. My family has been going to this dental office for a few years now. Dr Om is amazing and our favorite to go to. Dr. Chainani is also a great doctor to have. However, Dr. Rosslyn is very rude and when she did a cleaning for my daughter she said "It looks like you don't brush your teeth" along with "This wouldn't be taking so long if you cleaned your teeth." On top of this when she was expressing the machine was burning she told my daughter "well you should open more then." Very very rude and unprofessional.

I took my 5 year old son here last week for a cleaning and thankfully he had a good experience. The staff were very nice and Dr. Rosin was very patient with him. I made an appointment for myself but I had a completely different experience with her. The tool she was using in my mouth burned my lips. I told her it was burning me and she said it's because my mouth isn't open wide enough. (My mouth was open as far as it could go.) The suction wasn't in place properly and the water was choking me and I could feel it coming up in the back of my nose. THEN twice during the cleaning she hit a sensitive spot and I flinched. Her exact words were "in dentistry when you feel pain, you need to raise your hand. If you move, I won't be able to help you." At one point instead of moving her chair to work o

The amount of stars depends on the doctor. I first had Dr. Sadina Roselin for a cavity filling and I had such a bad experience I was ready to give one star and never go back. She was so unprofessional and rude to not only me but to the staff as well. I've never experienced anything like it. She refused to explain anything, she audibly laughed when I said I was in pain, water was spilling down my neck, it was just overall a terrible experience. She yelled at me at one point for closing my mouth...I did not and she was visibly annoyed the rest of the appointment. BUTTTTT I went back and switched to Dr. Om Chainani, the owner, and I was BLOWN AWAY at the difference!!! He was so patient and kind with me. He explained every small detail, asked if I was in any pain during the filling, understood
