Where to start?!? HD skin is where you need to go, I have never experienced such wonderful customer service like I have here. It was my first time seeing Lily, and a few days before my appointment I received a welcome text saying she was excited to meet me and have me come in. Then the day of the appointment I received a text about parking, access, etc. Lily sat down with me, asking what my main concern was. She also asked if I had any preferences during the treatment.
