I observed on your nursing staff, taking care of a client out in the community. She was doing a spectacular job of meeting the needs of the client as well as being sensitive and caring! Totally unprompted review, but her kindness and concern for the well-being of the client only leads me to believe that she is consistently That way while at the facility as well not just in the community !!

I feel HCF under staffs their facility for as many residents that are residing there. I don't know how that can even be legal. Many of the residents need 2 aides to transfer. Some need hoyer lifts. Elders deserve "wonderful" care for over $8,000 a month! My loved one has to wait 45 minutes or longer just to go to the bathroom. One nurse has like over 30 patients. The staff works so hard but are stretched so thin. My loved one has been there for 8 months and has fallen at least 6 times. Lack of staff, maybe pay them more! Please look at the demand of care needed for each patient and look at the staffing ratio! Would you want such limited staff hurrying so much to care for you or your loved one, and stretched so so thin? There's double the employees in a fast food restaurant. I love all t

The staff is the friendliness I ever met. Nursing aides are wonderful, concern, helpful . I try to help out the best I can , I see them so tired. Calling me by name gives me a warm sense of a family unity. Bless each one as day by day we care for our family members that can't care for themselves.

Billing was an utter mess from day one. My mother was at Celina Manor for over a year and was on patient pay. Billing was never up to date & when I called, I was told to wait until the next months' statement and it would be corrected. After moving my mother out, I had a credit of over $700 on her account. This was over 6 months ago and they still have not refunded the credit to me. Very poor management & bookkeeping on their part.
