I normally give good reviews. However this was the second time in 2 years that I was scheduled for an MRI and signed in only to be told the machine was broken. This is very unacceptable. The previous day a text with prep instructions was sent but the call to reschedule was never placed to me. In that my appointment was at 8:30 AM surely i should have received notification. Scheduling issues need to be addressed.

This is a review on my experience. This was recommended from my primary care provider to come here to have a procedure done. I looked it up with my insurance to get an idea of cost, as a stand alone imaging center. Great, cool, well no. I got my bill and was confused because I looked up how much it was going to be. FYI- This is not a free standing clinic, its the same cost as going to the hospital. It was quick though, but go somewhere else.

Trying to schedule an appointment for my mammogram and bone density study was a nightmare. I was transferred to extensions that no longer existed, nobody could answer any questions, after spending considerable time on this I decided to go to another imaging facility. I went back to the Bon Secour Reynolds imaging center. I love that place. I only tried out this other place because my doctor said they could get my results quicker. Not worth it
