I would like to sincerely thank HCA Hospital for the excellent care I received during my delivery. The hospital was clean, well-organized, and professional. The doctors and nurses were kind, attentive, and very supportive. They regularly checked on me and my baby and explained everything clearly. I felt safe and well cared for throughout my stay. I would especially like to thank Nurse Nancy for her kindness, patience, and support during my labor and delivery. Her care truly made a difference for me. Thank you to the entire medical team and staff at HCA Hospital.

Everyone from the front office staff to the PTs and OT are fabulous! They are all polite and professional and make me feel welcomed and safe in their facility. They understand my physical limitations and gently encourage me to meet and even exceed them. I will definitely recommend them to anyone seeking to regain their physical health in a safe environment.

This hospital is a very welcoming place. The people in the Emergency Room in particular, are especially good. I was seen by Nurse Mario, who took care of all my needs and beyond. I was suffering a great deal of pain, but he made my stay very pleasant. I was then transferred to the main hospital where I was treated by two nurses - Favour and Ruthenee - they both made me feel welcome and capable, always greeted me with a smile and encouraging words. They were extremely competent and compassionate. I know they helped me get better fast.

All the staff we came in contact with was great. The only complaint was the surgeon (who had to be present for procedure) was a no show so my mother had to spend the night at hospital. We were told the procedure would be at 7:00 am the following day. The surgeon once again was not there and the procedure was pushed to 3:00. I have heard of this happening elsewhere. Surgeons need to show up! Other than this big frustration, everything else was fine.

On January 19, 2026, my amazing best friend/Personal Assistant (G. Castillo) was on on her way to my home as she became severely ill and could not drive any further. She called me for help within minutes I was there and rushed her to the closest Hospital - West Houston Medical Center. Upon arrival we began receiving immediate help from the ER Staff and Doctors. I want to personally thank Mr. Jerry (Manager) of the Emergency Department for his Heroic and extremely Humane assistance to both of us. Although it was a busy early Monday Morning Mr. Jerry was on his feet everywhere and he noticed I needed help. He quickly got me every bit of assistance including a walking cane and coffee. His compassion and profound intervention adds flavor to the kind of Human Being he is. God Bless you Mr.
