HCA Houston Healthcare Medical Center

I was admitted and in the Hospital for 8 days. The nurses and doctors were excellent and kind. They also Made me feel Like I was at Home with family from how friendly they were. They were also super quick and Professional with anything they needed to do. I can’t remember all the nurses makes but every single one that cared for me Made me feel comfortable and I would take them as a family member. I would recommend with HCA Cause this was my first stay and it was absolutely amazing

My husband had surgery on 2/23/26 and it lasted over 11 hrs. I was sitting in the waiting room on 2nd floor (after everybody left) and a male nurse came in. Through conversation, I found out he would be my husband’s post-op nurse. Tyrone Neary couldn’t have been any kinder and assured me that he would keep me updated. He honestly brought me so much peace, knowing my husband would be well taken care of. The following day I told my husband how kind Tyrone was and he said…yes, I remember him. He was very kind and helpful to me in recovery. We have met many nice & caring people at this hospital, but Tyrone truly went above & beyond his call of duty. Thank you, Tyrone!!!

My husband had open heart surgery with a triple bypass. All of the doctors, nurses, and entire staff worked together seamlessly in a very professional, compassionate manner. I feel like they are extended family and they saved his life. If I could give them a rating higher than five stars I would. God bless all of them and thank you for all that you did for us and the others that you take care of every single day and night.

I had double jaw surgery here last week and could not be more satisfied with my care. Everything from admission to discharge went smoothly and the nursing staff was great. Erika especially was phenomenal at caring for me and went above and beyond when I was switched into a different room that was overly warm and was not helping the healing process for me. I was extremely uncomfortable and she would not settle until maintenance has resolved the issue and reset the room temperature. 10/10 service.

My experience at HCA was excellent. All the staff (medical, food, cleaning personnel) were so attentive and caring. Nurse Yasamin was super. She helped clean me, shampooed my hair, changed my sheets and did great with her medical care. Ms Sherita, upper body physical therapist made therapy fun while learning how to deal with after surgery recovery. The chef's food was very appetiteing . The medical team kept me hydrated and gave me magnesium as my blood test reflected that i needed. Thank you HCA for your wonderful and professional service.
