They truly call this place “SpaRidge” for a reason! The labor and delivery experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure my wife and baby had everything they needed. We always felt cared for, supported, and comfortable. Dr. Lawrence is by far the best — 10/10 recommend. She is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, but what really sets her apart is how much she truly cares. She takes the time to educate and prepare new parents, making sure you feel confident and informed every step of the way. Thank you, Dr. Lawrence, and the whole team for such an unforgettable experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This hospital is beautiful. The staff was nice everywhere I went. I had to wait for my husband to have a procedure and I got some labs done as well. It’s fairly easy to navigate with lots of signs and the cafe is pretty well stocked with nice staff there as well. Considering there is some construction and the highway is right next to the hospital it’s actually fairly quiet too. I walked around a bit while waiting and everyone from the doctors and nurses to help desk and janitorial staff all seemed to be in happy moods and were kindly helping people. I sat in the Healing Garden while I waited for my husband because I had to do chemo before (elsewhere) and I like spending time in these gardens. It’s located right next to the infusion center. It’s beautiful and peaceful. The only negative is
2 night stay. From the beginning, to interacting with the security guard from being wheeled out after discharge, was a blessing! Every level of care was excellent, from nurse to nurse helper to cafeteria delivery person to person who wheels you around getting images. Just excellent and treated with compassion through the entire visit. Always kept up with my medication times. Food is amazingly palatable and very pleasant to eat. 2/4 - 2/5 stay and everyone i encountered needs a raise during that time. Room 3217. Seriously wonderful care, give them a raise!!!!
Night nurses are awesome and my wife's surgery was a success. The story gets bad during each day shift. Nurse missing for hours, no pain meds administered for hours despite saying I will be right back. (This is fun because it will be in the chart and ignored by patient advocate most likely.) We had more help from CNAs than any nurse during the day. So bad so that at the time of this writing at 1605 Feb 28th 2026 it has been 5 hours since we have seen our nurse. (We also had dirty sheets on the bed the day nurse promised to change. We are talking 6 hours of no return or update.) Where is she? No one knows. What does she do? No one knows. I am so appalled by the day shift I would not let them treat me during the day for a bandage as the level of care would be 0 or possible even a negative n
