I am so very grateful for the care my Husband received at West Marion ER. He was taken back for evaluation as soon as he was signed in. The Doctors, Nurses, Techs and front desk people were exceptional. They kept us informed as to what and why things were being done. Explained the care plan they had for him and the time frame for everything being done. Everyone was very pleasant, attentive and made us feel very safe. I would feel confident recommending West Marion to anyone. Thank-you again.

2 1/2 days in hospital following hip replacement. Nursing staff was excellent! Darlene (4th floor) was outstanding. Food was pretty good. Room was kept clean and stocked. I have no complaints. Thank you to all.

West Marion HCA sent Carewell supportive care to my loved ones room. I would never recommend using this company for end of life consults, palliative consults or anything that requires their company to discuss what decision your loved one wants to make when terminally ill. They met with my loved one in the hospital before she was even awake & without any family at her side and convinced them they need to start hospice. They then contacted our family to tell us a consult was placed which we understood to be a palliative consult with the whole family. A few hours later when we all arrive at the hospital that same loved one tells us she wants to continue to fight and not do hospice for the sake of being alive for her granddaughter. I went to Urgent care, While diagnosing my issue they detected I had AFIB. I was moved to the 3rd floor for Cardiac monitoring. The staff there was great, Could not have been any better. The associate of my Primary Dr was almost a waste. Hospital referred my case to Dr Vasudevan for my condition. His P.A. Juniana Dominic was awesome, explained everything to my wife and I. Even though my medical Dr signed my discharge , she asked me to please stay the rest of the day for monitoring. After that I was told that I was staying another night and being prepped for a pacemaker the next day. All went well in Carh Lab where the procedure was completed, Staff there great also. I was then set to the 5th floor for overnight stay, This is where things soured between the nursing care and being told I had
