Let's say from the receptionist, MA and and doctors have been absolutely amazing! You feel so welcomed with all of their vibrant smiles and amazing sense of humor. Very caring every single one of them. It has been my first time there and I was seen by Dr. Tiffany Simon who is spectacular to listen to every need and help you with everything along the way. I would recommend this primary doctor facility any day ❤️😁

Since day one , from when our baby was born we have been happy with this facility and staff. Staff is very attentive and very caring. They treat you with the most caring and nurturing care and with so much respect. Been treating my babygirl since 2024 and now myself. I Would def recommend going there.

My husband and I had our first visit as new patients here this afternoon. Staff, nurses and doctor were so polite, kind, and efficient.. Our doctor took his time with us and was very caring, knowledgeable and thorough. This practice is amazing!

I was very pleased with everyone at HCA FL Oak Hill Family Care. From the front desk, to the nurses (Elaina), and my doctor- Dr. Simon. Each and every one of them was courteous, professional, and made my visit very comfortable. Dr. Simon is a great listener, explains things clearly, and shows compassion, making me feel valued and confident in my treatment.

Today was my first time appointment with this practice. I'm not big on doctors at all but Dr.Kelly made me feel right at ease. He asked questions until he had my whole medical history, listened to my concerns, and came up with a plan. Much more than my last physician had done. The office staff is extremely nice and I was seen quickly. I'm definitely sticking around.
