From pre-op through recovery, they were attentive, compassionate, and reassuring. They made sure I was comfortable at all times, checked on me frequently, and took the time to explain what to expect. Their kindness and calm presence helped ease my anxiety and made a stressful experience feel much more manageable. The anesthesiologist team was equally impressive. I am writing this review to honestly share my experience and hope the hospital will take it seriously. I waited almost 2 months for my appointment. My scheduled time was 8:30 AM, but I was not seen until 12:00 PM, which means I waited over 3 hours. When I arrived, I was asked to pay in advance, but no one informed me beforehand. Because of that, I did not bring enough money. I politely asked if the bill could be mailed to my home and promised to pay, but my request was refused. This made me feel very sad and uncomfortable. After my biopsy, I was told I would receive my results within 3 days, but now it has been over a week, and I still have not heard anything. I am currently pregnant and experiencing hyperemesis during my second pregnancy, which has made this entire experience physically and emotionally overwhelming. This nurse treated me with genuine compassion, patience, and professionalism. She listened to me carefully, validated my pain, and did not dismiss my concerns. I've been seen at this hospital multiple times throughout the years for a various of ailments. Most recently a severe hernia which I hadn't been able to have fixed until Dr Cox and his Co-Drs and Nurses. Not only was the surgery a success but it saved my life and for that I am thankful beyond words. I also would like to give special thanks to a Dr whom I have watched on multiple occasions not only show what I believe to be the highest of quality care and he is a Dr who really cares about his patients health and well being! I had a very positive experience during my hospital stay. The surgery itself went smoothly, and afterwards the doctors were extremely informative, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer my questions.
