HCA Florida Highlands Hospital

Best experience from all staff. Everyone treated me like a person instead of a problem. They were extremely busy but not one if my needs or questions went unmet with proper and swift attention. Many thanks to ARNP Bea, RN Derren, Adam, Eric (from Registration), and my two amazing chauffeurs from 911!

Highland Hills was is an incredible hospital! The care is amazing. Everyone I met was both friendly and professional. They all went above and beyond in every area. I would like to recognize a few. Ivan and Jennifer in registration allowed me to register without having to drive from Winter Haven. When got there they made me feel like they were glad to see me. Getting in was a breeze. My nursing team of Carolyn, Jace, Mimi, Taylor, Alliyah, Miranda and Aileen were absolutely the best i have ever had. They were ahead of any need I might have had. Raffy and Tom were my physical therapists. They were very very good. I learned more from them in two days than I did in two weeks in a previous rehab facility. I don't have the names of my surgery team, but they were the best I have ever had. I

Having surgery was a scary thing for me. Everyone we encountered from the security person to the intake/registration folks to the outpatient surgery team was pleasant and approachable, making the experience a good one. Everyone knew their job and did it professionally. Shout out to Naila, Jordy, Aileen, Melanie and Evelin. Jessica CRNA was so sweet. Thank you all.

Jennifer needs to smile. Taylor was a delight. Julie was great. Geoff took the time to explain and was awesome with doing my IV, usually have a hard time with my veins. Ashley and Ann were informative, helpful and pleasant. My overall experience was very good. This is my second time at HCA Florida and I highly recommend this hospital.

Went in for a CTA HEART TEST and pre-blood draw everyone is so nice and Yulie found a vein, first time w/o pain and I was very grateful. The (3) people in Radiology Ashley, Danny and Geoff RN set up the IV for contrast perfectly, made sure I had meds to lower heart rate specific for this test, and once all that was done on the table I went; zip Zip in and out and CT was done! Great group of professionals 5 Stars from me!! Thank you all for great experience. Cathleen Gilland
