HCA Florida Blake Primary Care

Dr. Leal is a great doctor. He is blessed and has great knowledge. But his staff, since Dr. Cabrrera relocated and Dr. Medoza retired are horrible. You call the office 5 to 6 times, reach nobody and they never return your calls either and they never let the doctor know that ypu called and needed a referral.... Now they moved to a new address and 2 days before our appointment someone from the office staff called to let us know that our appointment for Thursday will only a phone call because they moved on Thursday and Friday to the new office. Are you kidding me. This appointment was scheduled 6 months ago and some things you cant just disgust over a phone call. Truly unbelievable

Absolutely love the time and care Dr. Leal gives to my husband, I have never felt rushed and always felt he listened with his full attention. I always leave feeling like there are Dr's that really care! Thanks, Kris @ Gil

Could be a lot more organized and professional doctor is good but staff seems to not communicate well with each other. I ask for an appointment the Dr. told me to 2 mints in advance and staff said it wasn’t available. The nurse/assistant I wasn’t sure just want to talk about herself

Dr. Leal has every attribute of an excellent doctor. He listens intently and is patient-focused and kind! He is very professional, combined with a great sense of humor which made me feel at ease. I especially like his holistic approach, and look forward to achieving my health goals under his care. The staff was very kind, and his nurse Joanna is professional and charming!

Dr Leal is a very fine physician and always takes the time to listen and answer my questions. He is very busy but that tells me he is a highly respected medical doctor and I'm pleased to call him my doctor.
