Making the decision to say goodbye to my cat was a hard, but the compassion and kindness shown by Dr. Kerri and the staff made an unbearable day a little more peaceful. They spoke to me gently, gave me time, and treated my sweet cat with so much love and dignity. They walked me through every step with patience and understanding, and never rushed me or made me feel alone. I will forever be grateful for the comfort and empathy they provided during such a painful time. It takes a special kind of person to do this work with so much heart. Thank you for helping my cat pass peacefully and for supporting me through it. You truly made a difference.

Today was my first time going here, and I was not disappointed. Every staff member appeared passionate and professional to the job. I arrived for my appointment a little early and there was no wait time. The doctor/vet really took the time for my dog to get comfortable with her before she conducted her assessment. I felt welcomed, and I think my dog did too because he looked relieved when his ear infection was getting treated. Overall, a great experience.

Hays towne Vet hospital is the best veterinary hospital I have ever been to! All the wonderful ladies that help with bringing in our feral cats…Ashley! Crystal! Lilly!… very caring, loving, and informative ladies! ….(& please forgive me there were more wonderful ladies the first time I went so sorry I didn’t get their names)… They are always so kind and sweet and answer any questions you have! thank you! God Bless you all!!! …. for all you do!!!🙏

I don’t ever post negative reviews, but this place is a joke. Awful awful awful customer service. My mom brought two ferals in for spaying/neutering. When making the appointment, they told us pickup is by 4:30pm. At 4:30, when we go in to pickup, they tell us only one cat has been in surgery, and they were going to take the other back at nearly 4:40 pm. Not ONE phone call to let us know that they were behind schedule and that pickup would be significantly later. Instead, the tech comes out looking for a fight, rather than try to kindly explain and apologize for the significant inconvenience (this was a 45 minute drive for us). When asked what timeframe we can look at for them being done, they couldn’t give a timeframe. Poor communication, and even poorer customer service. I highly do not r

Excellent veterinary service! The doctors were so patient with their patient. They took the time to relax my dog & spent time caring for him in a new environment. Serious appreciate the care here.
