I arrived more than 15 minutes early for my appointment. After my scheduled time had passed, I observed multiple patients who arrived after me being taken back, while I remained in the waiting area without any communication. After waiting approximately 10 minutes beyond my appointment time, I had to proactively inquire with the front desk regarding the delay. At that point, I was informed that the provider was still with another patient and that it would be an additional 10 minutes. This information was not communicated in advance, nor was any update offered prior to my inquiry. I want to be clear: delays can happen, and I understand that. What is not reasonable is keeping a scheduled patient waiting 20 minutes past their appointment time without notification, as if their time has no val

My family and I have been proud and very satisfied customers of the Hayfield Dental Clinic for over 20 years. We feel like they are part of our family. The entire staff is very friendly and professional. The dentists and their assistants consistently provide first class services, to include quickly seeing you in emergency situations. And costs are very reasonable too.
