Hayashida & Associates Physical Therapy

My experience was very similar to what many others have already shared on Yelp: the physical therapy itself is great, but the people at the front desk are shockingly rude. I am not sure why there are no negative reviews currently showing up on Google. I have seen some in the past, but it seems like the business is able to get them removed. My PT was Jon Sakoda and he did a fantastic job during our sessions. He taught me lots of great exercises that I can do at home and I am still using those techniques a year later. He was always patient and kind and took my complaints seriously when I told him about the issues with the front desk. I just had my second session and I am so impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of my therapist. He knows exactly what my problems are and how best to relieve the pain with gentle exercises, without pushing too hard.I trust him completely to help me recover.

I’ll gladly rave about Hayashida Physical Therapy … the physiotherapy is effective and specific; the place runs extremely smoothly, which can be attributed to Natalie and the women at the front desk (and behind the scenes). Big, fat thumbs-up!

I highly recommend Hayashida Physical Therapy as your GO TO to recover from any injury or surgery. They have a wonderful office staff for scheduling and highly trained PT's. The PT's are empathic, supportive and knowledgable. They know how to guide you back from any injury or surgery. It's a great team of people.

I’ve been in physical therapy for two different issues and I have always had an amazing experience with the folks at Hayashida. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and they have always been super efficient and courteous when I’ve needed to cancel/reschedule my appointments. I have also received excellent support through my post-surgery recovery. I highly, highly recommend this team!
