Absolutely outstanding. Dr. Tuppo reminds me of what a doctor used to be like. Friendly, knowledgeable and medically astute. Staff was very helpful. Amazingly, got a same day appt and was seen within 15 minutes of arriving. I would highly recommend Dr Tuppo and the Hawthorne Family Practice.

This Dr office is awesome!! I've been coming here for more than 17 years and have never been disappointed. The place is always clean and Dr Tuppo is awesome!! She always has a smile on her face and is easy to talk to. She is understanding and really does care about her patients.. I will recommend Dr Tuppo to anyone..

If you ask on local Facebook groups, you will find that this place is one of the most recommended PCPs in the area... in case you don't take my word for it. Dr. Tuppo is great. Everyone is efficient, and nothing is rushed. I've been going here for annual physicals for several years, which include the full gambit of 12-lead EKG, breath/lung test, blood pressure, ear test, blood test, etc. (Tier 1 ins.). There is ZERO cost (not even a co-pay) for annual well-visits for most insurances. And yeah, occasionally they play classic rock (that's a plus), however, I've never noticed the volume very high at all. Yesterday I noticed no music playing.

Had a 7:30am appointment. Showed up at 7:41 and was told they would not see me because I was more than 15 minutes late. Which is BS. The front desk lady went to the back for about 5 min after I checked in. And at 7:46 told me I was over 15 minutes late. She said the doctor already had 3 patients waiting in the back. Sounds like a scheduling issue to me. Can't imagine why 4 people would be scheduled, at the same time, at 7:30am!! I waited a month for this appointment and they turned me away for being 11 minutes late. I've worked in Healthcare/doctor's offices my entire life and I have NEVER heard of such a thing.
