Olsson's Pharmacy

I have always loved dealing with Olssons. Every time I call I get a real live person that either helps me or gets someone that does. Recently they were unable to get a new medication from their supplier. Not their fault. I had to deal with CVS. They said it would arrive in 2 days. It didn’t. 4 days later, still not there. No way to check to see when it would arrive. 2 weeks later, never heard from them. Olssons always tells me when they will get it and there has never been a problem. They always call me immediately if there is any issue. One review said they told him they couldn't get his meds. Sounds like their supplier stopped carrying because I know from experience they will get it if they can. Some meds are not in stock because of cost and few people needing it. I’m love to hear olsso

After 30 years of exceptional service, a trusted partner in our families health & well being, and an overall level of individual care that no other pharmacy could replicate, we are sad to see what has happened. While calling Olsson’s this week to check on 2 prescriptions that I needed filled I was informed that they will no longer order the medicine that I needed filled. Abrupt discontinuation of my medications is widely known to cause severe, and in some cases, life threatening consequences. The FDA states that abrupt discontinuation of the medications I’m prescribed causes severe physical & psychological harm to patients. I did not want to stop taking my medications abruptly but due to the fact that my script is due on Saturday (tomorrow) it literally leaves me no time whatsoever to avoi

I love coming to Olsson’s! The staff are always friendly & helpful. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable & answers any questions or concerns I may have. Will be referring my friends & family to this great neighborhood pharmacy😊

GO HERE! They are awesome and work with you on everything. I am so glad I moved away from the larger companies. It has been nothing but rainbows and butterflies since I started using Olssons. So grateful!

Always exceptional service here at Olssons. Myself and my family have been using this pharmacy for over three decades. Everyone here is very kind and caring, always precessional. I never knew the difference between a local pharmacy- moms and pops pharmacy and the giants such as cvs and Walgreens till I truly needed assistance with life saving medicine for my dad and that when Olssons truly stepped it up and delivered amazing service. We truly appreciate their efforts and highly recommend them for locals of Hawthorne and North Haledon.
