Figure out how to shorten wait times please. 30 minutes is excessive

Dr. Hawkins, and his staff are a wonderful group of people, i highly value there respect and humbleness and hard work, they provide the community

Called to schedule an appointment as a new patient in the beginning of January 2021 and had an appointment booked for the middle to end of February. Was called by the front office and told my appointment was bumped and the doctor wouldn't be able to see me until mid April. The fact that it takes 4+ months to get in to see a physician is ridiculous. Never got to meet Dr. Hawkins, but would not recommend based on the fact it takes 4 months to even get in to see him. At that point just tell me you're not taking new patients, rather than have me fill out all the paperwork, wait a month and a half, and then tell me a couple days before my actual appointment that it's going to be another month and half, and that's if I don't get my appointment moved again.

Turns people away and refuse to help for trying for get any sort of help. Goes around making excuses. And thinks he is better than everyone. Knowledgeable, but seems like I have to fight for anything for my husband or myself. It's exhausting not having a doctor who is willing to help.

Dr Hawkins has been my doctor for 20+ years and has went above and beyond with my needs. Great doc and the staff are great too.
