Haven Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork

This was my first time with Stephanie and not really knowing what to expect but a positive referral from a friend, I was completely blown away by the experience. The best way I can describe the massage was it was so intentional from head to toe! She knew of my background as a hairstylist and was extremely sensitive to spend her time in those areas where years of tension and pain have grown. I can actually take a deep breath without the center of my back feeling tight. So good! Already rebooked and would highly recommend—and to boot she has a lovely, calm personality. Stephanie is an excellent massage therapist; she has knowing hands and a sensitive touch. She asks what needs attention and makes sure the problem is remedied. I am a massage junkie, so when I say she is one of the best, you can believe me. I will go back soon.

Got a 60min relaxation massage and it was beyond soothing and mentally restorative. So much so that I found myself dozing off. She has such a calming and serene presence and a sweet personality that she is perfect for what she does and it shows through in her work. I have tried other therapists but either they talk too much or the work feels very spotty, not fluid like this or doesn't invoke that state or relaxation that I got here. Nothing fancy inside but her work more than makes up for it. Will be recommending.

I am new to Salem and tried 2 other Massage Therapists before I found Stephanie. So glad I kept looking. Professional, knowledgeable, able to find and treat the issues in my shoulder and back that others were missing completely. Looking forward to my next visit! 😎
