Laura RUINED my skin, then offered zero corrective method. Completely negligent and unprofessional. In 2020, I received permanent cosmetic tattoos from Laura with no prior consultation. I requested a natural result to enhance my natural freckles and compliment my olive complexion, instead in response she asked what color I wanted, a total abdication of her professional responsibility, and expertise as a cosmetic tattoo/permanent makeup artist. The tattoos healed extremely dark, gray/black-brown, and completely unnatural. When I reached out to address the issue, she refused to offer any correction measures, stating she could lighten them but only if I paid full price. Laura did my brows back in 2022 when she was at a prior location, and I loved them so much I tracked her down here at Haven! She did a powder ombré and I was incredibly happy with my results. One of my friends is a tattoo studio owner and trains people in tattooing, and she was incredulous that I had had my brows done, they looked so gorgeous and natural! Sorry I don't have pics to show! I'm Caucasian with brown hair and had decent brow shape, just thinning as I'm in my early 50's. I was tired of my brows looking too light and "washed out" without makeup, so I asked Laura for something that looked natural but defined, and she NAILED IT with the powder ombré technique. Laura, at Haven Studio Co., is amazing! Having very sparse brows that are complicated with scars and asymmetry, she listened to all of my fears - black brows, overly stenciled, and greater asymmetry. My brows look altogether natural, from shape to color. Having completed my first touchup, I am impressed with Laura's vast understanding the healing process, skin physiology and the all too elusive golden ratio. She is an absolute artist and brow magician!

I LOVE MY BROWS!!!!! I just received my first routine touch-up after getting my brows microbladed in October. I am so happy with my experience and love the look of my brows. It is so nice not to have to draw and fill them in every day. Laura is amazing, she took her time explaining the process in detail, which calmed my nerves. She is a wonderful artist taking her time to personalize your brows to what you desire them to be. She also makes you comfortable while you are going through the process. Ink Haven is clean and a very pretty studio. I highly recommend her for your first or next service.
