Haven Pharmacy

Don’t use the delivery services. It’s not reliable at all. I waited for my medications for two days and it wasn’t delivered. I only live 5 mins away but because I was sick I asked for it to be delivered. The delivery man never came to my house and told the pharmacy I don’t live there. But he never called even if he couldn’t find the right address. I was at home the whole time and my ring doorbell can prove that he never showed up. It’s ridiculous to wait for two days for medications I needed. I then just went pick it up myself.

I have yet to receive an order they haven't messed up. Changed to a single star. Been waiting a week for my gout medication. Spoke with them 6 times only for them to say it is on the way. It’s not…

I only give it one star as it is the lowest I can score it. My pharmacy closed, my prescription was transferred to Haven Pharmacy in Rancho. I along with others have been calling this pharmacy to get our pres riptions transferred to a local pharmacy up here in the high desert. My calls as well as that of numerous others have not only gone unanswered but they have also not returned calls or faxes from the pharmacies that we are trying to use. I have called for 3 weeks straight and like others, I have not been able to get anyone to answer the calls. Also they did not have an answering machine on and their phone was not even ringing. It just made a bleeping sound. ​Meanwhile they we quickbto create refills so that many will have to struggle to switch per insurance carrier processing.
