Very unprofessional. These people will hound you to confirm and rush you to get to your appointment. Been going to this place for many years and I can assure you it is no where near the place it use to be. There’s no lack of respect. The female dentist became loud and had no consideration or cared to act this way in front of my child! The receptionist tried to pressure me into signing documents and hand in ids when I was clear it was his last visit due to the treatment received etc,etc. To top it off they scheduled my son only to say they can’t do the procedure cause he has braces. When they knew he does and he has had them for years!! Save yourself the aggravation!

The staff is very friendly and polite. The office was wonderful for the kids. They had things for them to play with in the waiting room. This was my son first time getting his teeth cleaned so he was Hysterical the whole time but then at the end they gave him a sticker and a balloon and he was happy again.

The staff always greets you with a welcoming smile, especially the lady who checks you in. It’s very clean. The dr is awesome he makes your kid(s) feel so comfortable and has them laughing from the beginning of the visit to the end. You can never tell when him or his staff is having a bad day, they never show it and i love that. Great dr and great staff.. i am glad i took my son out of smiles dental and brought him here..

Love this dental group! Dr. Villegas, hygienists, and staff are very knowledgeable, kind, and patient with my children (and me😊). I love how staff takes the time to educate parents of process(es) and challenges children to keep up the good work and/or make improvements. Fun, clean, sanitized and structured atmosphere. I highly recommend this office for dental services offered to young and older children.

For me its generational. All of the kids in my family have been coming here for years. I travel across town just to come here. My daughter loves it. Between the staff and doctors I have never had one complaint.
