I had a great experience at this urgent care today. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was kind, welcoming, and efficient, which immediately made me feel at ease. Check-in was smooth and quick, and I truly appreciated the friendly attitude. The medical assistant was excellent and very professional, attentive, and compassionate. They took the time to listen and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. It never felt rushed, and I felt genuinely cared for. The doctor was outstanding. I have had the most excellent experiences at Haven Elite Urgent Care. The staff are helpful, patient and kind. The doctors are always so thorough and really care about what's happening. They listen and offer options for care and treatment. I've been seen more than 5 times over the last few years - a great alternative when I can't get in to see my regular doctor. Haven Elite provides the best treatment in an Urgent Care situation. I wish they could be my primary office. Highly recommended for professionalism, quality of care and affordability.

I recently visited Haven Elite Urgent Care, and I'm very grateful for the care I received. Dr. Cho was extremely professional in handling my case -- he carefully examined my wound and explained everything clearly. Thankfully, I didn't need stitches, which was a huge relief! Even though there's an urgent care much closer to my house, I chose to come here because of a wonderful experience about 10 years ago when my wife was treated for severe back pain. The doctor at that time took the time to explain that she didn't need a steroid shot, but instead gave her a different injection and taught her how to strengthen her weak muscles. I recently visited an Urgent Care clinic and had a very positive experience. The clinic is clean, and the staff is incredibly nice and friendly. They are also very knowledgeable and work hard to get you in and out as quickly as possible. While you should expect a wait of at least 3 hours at most urgent cares, our visit took only 2 hours in total. I took my husband in for an injury, and we were pleasantly surprised by the efficiency. As soon as we left, we received a text from our pharmacy that his medications were ready! The attending physician was thorough and explained everything in detail. The fact that they are open 7 days a week adds to the convenience. I recommend this place 100 percent.

One of the best urgent cares I have ever been to. Everyone is super friendly and best part is I got treated by a DOCTOR! Dr. Cho is very knowledgable and thorough. I was seen immediately and got proper diagnosis. Thank you once again for taking care of me and my family. We will definitely be coming back in future if needed.
