I came to Haven in Sept '24 in search of some help for thyroid and infertility challenges I was experiencing. Many close friends/family had encouraged me to try it as an alternative to western medicine recommendations I struggled with. I'm so happy to have found Ericca and her team at Haven. They are so incredibly kind, listen intentionally to your needs, suggest treatment based on their expertise, and make you feel taken care of. My husband was deployed at the start of my acupuncture treatments, which I did for 3 months before he returned in December. I am now happily 5 months pregnant with a healthy baby girl after over 2 years of trying and my thyroid symptoms and blood work have improved. I've just left my second session with Ericca at HAVEN Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine, and have known her professionally for the last year. Her dedication to and skill in her practice is evident in everything she does. A very interactive session, asking questions, ensuring my comfort and consent with all steps, she keeps things gentle and simple. As a fellow provider with a similar approach, I appreciate this. I leave the sessions relaxed, grounded and aware, and noticed small impacts in the weeks after my last session. I highly recommend Gillian for massage therapy! I have disc issues in my neck and she's always checks in with me first to see how it's feeling and where I might be holding more tension. She has been a great help with my pain level. I leave each session feeling deeply relaxed and more balanced.

Amanda was the best! I felt so much better after her treatment. The intake information required is what you would complete with the first visit to a doctor, but it was worth it. She was so thorough. I feel like she knew about all of my issues and can help me. I highly recommend Amanda!

I have enjoyed treatment by Ericca Burke for the past 3 years. Ericca has worked miracles for my leg cramps! After undergoing painful vein treatments, medical treatments, and every other remedy suggested, I continued to suffer incredibly painful leg cramps nightly.
