The receptionists are great, very kind and helpful especially with fixing errors from other offices. The x-ray technician was also very lovely. If you need a mammogram, look elsewhere! The tech that did the mammogram somehow had my ribs compressed into the machine. I didn't know it at the time but I was later told the symptoms I had for 6 hours after the appointment was because the ribs being compressed had actually compressed around my heart, giving me breathing trouble, pain in my back around my left shoulder blade and pulses in my left arm. The area around my ribs was sore for two weeks and a half but she swore she has never had ribs being pinched by the machine and gaslit me into thinking it wasn't possible despite my feeling the edges of the machines catching on them and compressing

Pretty poor experience overall. Came here with my wife to get her first pregnancy ultrasound. Front desk staff were friendly, but our US tech was not. First, our US tech acted like it was odd we were there for a pregnancy US without having bloodwork done first. She asked us how we knew we were pregnant. Then when my wife told her she took an home test after being a week late on her period. The response we got was, “Oh, so you only took a home test?” Even if that’s true, you should not make your patient feel this way. My wife and I both work in healthcare, so this isn’t exactly a foreign space for us. What’s supposed to be an exciting moment for us was immediately awkward and uncomfortable. My mother is a handicap person. During her mammography appointment at BI radiology Vicky was very helpful and thoughtful when preparing my mother to test. Briana also tried her best to schedule appointment.

Dr found a lump. This facility could not see me for over a week!!! They are NOT accommodating in the least. Had an ultrasound and was told the mass was not malignant - ONLY TO RECEIVE A LETTER THE FOLLOWING WEEK SAYING THAT TEIR TESTS AREN'T ALWAYS ACCURATE AND IT COULD BE SOMETHING THAT REQUIRES TREATMENT!!! All this during the holiday season! This lab put me through unnecessary worry and expense with their "CYA" letter. Go to a facility like Sagoff Breast Center. They know how to read an ultrasound and x-ray correctly with no need to follow up with a "do not sue me" letter! I WOULD NEVER USE THIS FACILITY AGAIN!

X-ray technologist was patient as well as competent. Ultrasound technologist was careful. The office was recently renovated. Magnificent result. Relaxing decor.
