I have taken all three of my children here for the last 12 years. I cannot recommend this office enough. Dr. Joy and Dr. Lindsey are both understanding, informative and kind. I have always felt comfortable asking questions and with the answers I’ve received. My 10-year-old is terrified of the doctor and Jen has been so amazing building up a rapport with my boys that I genuinely get nervous when they get sick on a day, the office is closed and I have to take them to an urgent care. They only want her. I lost my first son in a tragedy, and the staff has been so compassionate in helping me with any questions I have, or my sometimes very nervous thoughts when it comes to my living children. Been taking my kids here for 10 years. The staff is kind and attentive, my kids visits are less stressful because of the environment they create. Never had an issue. Dr Joy and others take the time to explain issues in detail, and they don't tire at my incessant questions.

I wish I would have read reviews before I started coming here. I would have saved myself a lot of wasted time and frustration. As others have mentioned, Dr.Joy and her PA Lindsey will make you feel unheard, dismissed, and like an inconvenience. They’ll misdiagnose your child. They’ll take forever to get paper work to you. They took TWO WEEKS to get me a medical authorization form for my son to have his EPI PEN at school due to a recent anaphylaxis attack. I was sent home with my son when he couldn’t walk and told he had “heartburn.” We ended up in the ER with an intestinal blockage. I brought my child in because he hasn’t been feeling well. And I was told “he looks fine, just like he does every-time you bring him in here.” Today I brought my child in to request a script for bloodwork.

Dr. Joy was great until my son actually needed her. My son was injured by his 12 month vaccines 6 years ago at this practice. When I began inquiring about vaccine inserts that by law must be kept in the office which vaccines are administered. Dr. Joy refused to go over them with me, when I asked at the front desk for them I was told they had none, and when I demanded that they let me see them I was told I could not leave with the manufacturers inserts. So I sat on the floor of their waiting room opened them all up and read the pages upon pages of possible adverse reactions. MANY more by the way than are listed on the Vaccine Information Sheets. About 11 years ago we had to find a new doctor. I prayed for a good one. God gave us Dr. Joy:) She is true to her name and takes care of her patients with such great love! Thank you for being a part of our lives!
