I went in on a Monday and there was very little wait time. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. The receptionist, my nurse, and Dr. Ali were all nice. I would recommend this urgent care facility to anyone.

Doctor was very thorough. Answered all my questions. Nurse was kind and efficient. Front staff was courteous. Takes a bit of time on your paperwork if you haven't been there in a bit but expected. Overall great experience when your not feeling well no one wants to wait too long.

Dr. Ali was great. I didn't wait long and they took care of my sinus infection with advice and meds. This is the only urgent care I have been to in Hartland. They always treat you well and with respect. Thank you.

We scheduled online, with full availability. Arrived before appointment and still waited 45 minutes to go into a room. There was not a single person in a room, and noone was waiting. It was very bizarre. We asked kindly if maybe they were waiting for a doctor to arrive, we would happily go to another urgent care. We were scoffed away. Once in the room we waited longer. The nurses were rude and the doctor was quick to prescribe medicine. The front desk lady was nice.
