Two years ago, Hartford Hospital along with my deceased donor, gave me the gift of life. As I sit here writing this review, there are so many dynamic and talented individuals whom I have met on this journey, my heroes, inspiration and hope for the future. The doctors listen, they never are too bothered by questions and concerns. The nurses will always call you back the same day and if they do not have an answer, they will research it or find the person who can answer it. Dr Serrano performed my surgery, he is brilliant as is Dr. Kent, probably the nephrologist with the best sense of humor on the plant. Worst hospital. Care coordinator Annie is horrible how they keep their job is beyond me. You are just a number never follow up

They don’t return calls. It’s dificult to schedule an appointment because they don’t return calls. Every time I called, I had to leave a voicemail and no return calls after repeated calls. I’m in the process of filing a written complaint with Hartford Hodpital

We were going to go with Hartford but the lack of competency made us change to yale. Night and day difference. The coordinators, therapist and doctors are amazing

Transplant clinic. You can call here to speak with a nurse about a concern and sometimes you have to wait from one week up to two weeks. My family member had a few test done two weeks ago and I'm still waiting for the nurse or the doctor phone call.
