I could give 10 stars. My Dentist in residency did a superb job fixing my chipped tooth. He was so professional and kind and very intelligent. Very impressive. Front desk staff very accommodating and pleasant! Overall excellent!!

Whatever you do, please find another dentist!!!! Before I even showed up I wasn’t happy with whoever called me from this facility telling me on the phone that we could only bring me and my son because their waiting room is too small. She was a bit unprofessional and I should've known then. When I showed up this place was very hard to find. Once in the front desk guy was rude, he made me wait downstairs and fill out paperwork before having to go upstairs and wait again. The building is old and very outdated, the elevator is like something out of a 40’s movie.The waiting room in the dentist office is very small and chaotic is the best way to describe it between all the people in and out and other staff using the restroom. Then after waiting for a while we got called in and they tried to hav

No Happy at all. These people ripped out 11 teeth. Did not give me any pain relief. Tylenol and ibuprofen that don't work.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a medical facility. I came in for a check up after an emergency surgery and ended up running out in tears. When I arrived I couldn’t find the entrance because there’s no signage in the confusing area of the building. They told me the wrong appointment time over the phone and kept referring to me as “early” even though they’re the ones that made a mistake. The receptionist even admitted to not being clear over the phone. I ended up waiting in the exam room for 45 minutes before someone came in. The person that came in did not know what I was there for and said something about an extraction when I was only there for a check up. That’s when I started to get upset. I expressed that I wanted to leave because I didn’t feel safe and that I was frustr

I saw Gail Swanson hygienist today to have my teeth clean. She was excellent very professional. She was thorough not only cleaning my teeth, but with soft tissue exam and periodontal exam. I had a great visit and will highly recommend . Thank You so much Gail, looking forward to see you again.
